By creating an account, placing an order, or using any HorizonNode service, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and maintain the security of your login credentials. You are responsible for all activity performed through your account.
- Do not share passwords, API keys, bot tokens, or private keys.
- Notify HorizonNode promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Accounts may not be transferred without written approval.
3. Services
HorizonNode may provide Discord bot hosting, FiveM hosting, control-panel access, related support, and other services shown on our website or client area.
Service features, limits, locations, software support, and availability may vary by plan.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use HorizonNode services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive activity.
- Malware, credential theft, phishing, spam, or unauthorized scanning.
- Copyright infringement or distribution of content without required rights.
- DDoS activity, attacks, botnets, or attempts to disrupt third parties.
- Content or activity prohibited by applicable law.
- Excessive resource use that negatively affects shared infrastructure.
5. Billing and Renewals
Services are billed in advance according to the selected billing cycle. Customers are responsible for keeping payment details current and paying invoices by the listed due date.
Unpaid services may be suspended or terminated after any applicable grace period.
6. Support
Support covers HorizonNode systems and documented service functionality. Custom development, third-party scripts, unsupported modifications, and external services may fall outside normal support.
7. Suspension and Termination
HorizonNode may suspend or terminate services for nonpayment, policy violations, security threats, abuse complaints, legal requirements, or conduct that creates risk to customers or infrastructure.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HorizonNode is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as our services or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
