Initial FiveM Server Setup
Your HorizonNode FiveM server is provisioned with the files required by the selected server configuration. Before starting it for the first time, verify your license key and startup settings.
- Open your server in the HorizonNode Game Panel.
- Open the Startup tab.
- Enter your FiveM license key in the appropriate startup variable.
- Review the server name, endpoint ports, and any optional variables.
- Save your changes and return to Console.

Review the startup variables assigned to your FiveM service. Values available depend on the FiveM egg installed on your service.
SAVE CHANGESStart the Server
- Go to Console.
- Press Start.
- Watch the console for startup errors.
- Wait until the server finishes loading its resources before connecting.
Keep your license key private.Your FiveM Keymaster license key should never be shared publicly or posted in support screenshots.
Customize Your Server
Use the Files tab to edit your server configuration and upload resources. Always make a backup before making major changes.
